Located on a prominent site in Berlin near the Witzleben train station at the corner of Kaiserdamm and Messedamm this mixed-use development serves as a highly visible urban element at the end of a major east/west connection. The two sculptural towers house the headquarters for a Berlin based bank as well as rental offices. Apartments, retail space, and restaurants occupy adjacent low-rise perimeter buildings which complete the site. The twenty-two and twenty-four story towers are each organized around a central core with dramatic skylit vertical lobby spaces which run the entire height of the buildings. A podium incorporates all of the building services for the project, including parking, and serves as a unifying access plaza at the ground level.
